The Madden is the narrowest design in Adenbrook Homes’ range and has been specifically designed to suit the small lots common in estate developments.
The Madden’s intelligent design takes maximum advantage of the available area meaning there’s no compromising on space, an incredible feat considering the width. On the ground floor, the open plan living space combines a galley kitchen, with a meals and family area flowing out to an alfresco for integrated outdoor living. A flexible separate lounge at the front of the home creates an additional living and entertaining space for time together or breakout space alone.
On the upper floor, the bedroom wing is quiet and spacious. The luxury master suite has a large walk in wardrobe, ensuite with oversized shower and front retreat overlooking the front garden. Three additional double bedrooms at the rear of the home share a family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Adenbrook Homes' Senior Designer, Dean Bolger, says the Madden was designed to meet demand in the market for lifestyle homes on smaller, estate sized lots. "The Madden embraces today's outdoor lifestyle and the need for family time and private time and intelligently incorporates these into a lot size that is very popular in estate developments. A practical single garage allows for an additional separate living space to be on the ground floor so the upper floor bedrooms are completely dedicated to privacy. We’ve designed a home for the popular, smaller sized lots without compromising on space."
