The Penn win Best Display Home at MBA Awards

Congratulations to Adenbrook Mid North Coast for their win at the Master Builders Association 2012 Excellence in Residential & Commercial Building Awards Northern Regions.

Their display home, the Penn, took out the Best Display Home $200k - $300K category.  The beach life themed home and it's breezy lifestyle layout appealed to the judges.

Congrats to the Matt and Luke Morris and the team from Adenbrook Mid North Coast for their well deserved win.

New Adenbrook Team for Brisbane West

Adenbrook Homes has increased focus on the booming Ipswich and the Western suburbs of Brisbane with dedicated resources and the introduction of a new Adenbrook West team.

Michael Rozic and Donna Harvey are leading a brand new team, with local knowledge and understanding of the community and its growing needs.

Partners in life and business, Michael and Donna bring a very different but very complementary skillset with a combined passion for building homes. Michael has 30 years in the property industry, with experience in every aspect of building homes. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, he will ensure Adenbrook's high standards are upheld during the construction process.

Donna has over 20 years in customer relations and administration, with a genuine belief in quality customer service. She will be Adenbrook's customers' dedicated point of call and will be using her experience in project management and communication during the building process.

Michael and Donna's new team will be focusing solely on the areas of Ipswich and the Western suburbs and strengthening their relationships with the area's large scale developments in Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater Estate and the upcoming Ripley Valley development.
