A hearty congratulations to the Taylor family in Drewvale on moving into their brand new Adenbrook home.

Gregory and Isobel chose to modify the Baywood, one of Adenbrook's most popular home designs, to suit their needs and the customised design is now affectionately known as the ‘Baby Baywood’.

"We were both impressed with the care taken on a personal level to keep us up to speed every step of the way. Our building supervisor gave us a weekly update and any emails or phone calls made by us were always promptly followed up by the team."

With the help of Windermere Interiors, the Taylors combined a timber-like floor with cool, light coloured walls, creating a home that is fresh yet warm and inviting.

"We are both very happy in our new home and all who have come through our doors so far cannot get over how spacious it is and they all love the openness we have been able to create. They also love the lack of internal walls with so many windows and glass doors leading and opening up to the outside."

Michael Rozic and Donna Harvey are leading a brand new team, with local knowledge and understanding of the community and its growing needs.

Partners in life and business, Michael and Donna bring a very different but very complementary skillset with a combined passion for building homes. Michael has 30 years in the property industry, with experience in every aspect of building homes. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, he will ensure Adenbrook's high standards are upheld during the construction process.

Donna has over 20 years in customer relations and administration, with a genuine belief in quality customer service. She will be Adenbrook's customers' dedicated point of call and will be using her experience in project management and communication during the building process.

Michael and Donna's new team will be focusing solely on the areas of Ipswich and the Western suburbs and strengthening their relationships with the area's large scale developments in Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater Estate and the upcoming Ripley Valley development.

Michael and Donna’s team have a strong belief in Brisbane's West as a family area with growing potential. “Brisbane's West has always been a fantastic place to live and is in the midst of a boom with a long term future for growth and investment. Adenbrook Homes' display home in the West is located at Brentwood Rise, 7 Finnigan Street Augustine Heights. The "Layton" is a 4 bedroom family home with multiple living spaces and dedicated zones for living, entertaining and relaxing. The tribal inspired display home is open 7 days a week from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
